Saraya Abdali Real Estate Investment Company, a subsidiary of Saraya Holdings has commissioned the Amman based Dubai Construction Company, a subsidiary of Dubai Contracting Company to build 78,000 square meters mixed use tower in Abdali, Amman's new down town that will help position the Jordanian capital as a regional business and tourism hub.
As part of the USD 200 million project, the contractor will build W Amman, a 36 storey tower comprising 280 rooms and 42 exclusive serviced residences. The tower tops an 8 level podium accommodating the commercial modules and the hotel's amenities.
